1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the 777zoya platform — whether through a web browser, the 777zoya app, or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the 777zoya platform.

2 Eligibility

4 Deposits

777zoya accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three primary mobile banking services used across Bangladesh. All deposits are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100
• Deposits are credited to your 777zoya wallet instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• 777zoya does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• 777zoya reserves the right to request proof of payment method ownership at any time.

777zoya is not responsible for delays caused by your mobile banking provider. In the event of a failed transaction where funds have left your mobile banking account but not arrived in your 777zoya wallet, please contact support with your transaction ID and we will investigate promptly.

5 Withdrawals

Players may withdraw funds from their 777zoya wallet to their registered bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳200
• Withdrawals are processed within 10 minutes on average, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• 777zoya does not charge withdrawal fees. Your mobile banking provider's standard charges may apply.

777zoya reserves the right to carry out additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud measure and is not a reflection on the player's standing. 6 Bonuses and Promotions

7 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on 777zoya — including Fortune Dragon, Dice, Egypt Book of Mystery, Monster Hi-Lo, Big Hammer, Aviator, and Ganesh Fortune — operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology. This ensures that every outcome is genuinely random and independent of previous results.

The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is published on the respective game page. RTP figures represent the theoretical long-term return and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session.

• Players are responsible for understanding the rules of each game before placing real money bets.

• At the player's own request (voluntary self-exclusion or account closure).
• Inactivity — accounts with no login activity for 12 consecutive months may be flagged as dormant.

Players who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting 777zoya support. Any real money balance remaining in a closed account will be returned to the player's registered payment method, provided all verification requirements have been met. Bonus balances are not returned upon account closure.
